Dare Records, a subsidiary of VM Entertainment Group, Inc., was formed in November, 2007. Michael-Anthony Taylor serves as President. Dare Records, in association with Taseis Media Group, is distributed through Ryko/WEA distribution (a Warner Music Group company). The label maintains offices in New York City and Miami.
