Simone Dinnerstein sells out in her London Debut

Bookmark and Share

Not being able to claim a recording contract, pianist Simone Dinnerstein finaniced her own disc in 2005, Bach's Goldberg, learning them while she was pregnant.  From there, she went on to selling out in her London recital debut, performing Goldberg Variations with the eloquence that resemble's Bach's writing. Her soothing performance of flexible rhythms and liberal use of the pedals was able to rile up a usually skeptical audience to cheer, reminding us that we need more Bach representatives.
