The Radio Arts Foundation holds its annual gala tonight, "Leonard Slatkin and Friends," at the Sheldon Concert Hall in St. Louis.

It's a good lineup, led by St. Louis Symphony Orchestra conductor laureate (and current music director of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra) Leonard Slatkin. The four other artists performing are guitarist and Grammy winner Sharon Isbin; Cliburn piano competition gold medalist Olga Kern; violinist and two-time Grammy nominee Cho-Liang Lin; and cellist Frederick Zlotkin, Slatkin's brother.

Radio Arts Foundation-Saint Louis was created by people who believe a vibrant art and culture community is essential to our region. Since 2013, RAF-STL has built a home for the entire fine arts and performing arts community of St. Louis. In the Gateway City, we are the Sound of Art.
