IPR wins 'Best Music Feature' from 2018 New York Festivals

Interlochen Public Radio has won a Bronze Medal for Best Music Feature from the 2018 New York Festivals International Radio Program Competition, honoring its work with the New York Philharmonic and the University of Michigan's University Musical Society in the broadcast: "Interlochen Presents: The New York Philharmonic Live!, from the University Musical Society." Specifically named on the award are Peter Payette, IPR Executive Director; Nancy Deneen, Program Host; Mark Travis, Co-Host; Michael Culler, Recording Services Engineer; and Rory Baker, Executive Director of Interlochen Presents. 

NYF's International Radio Program Awards for The World's Best Radio Programs honors radio content in all lengths and formats and across all platforms from radio stations, networks and independent producers from around the globe.
