Jazz and traditional Pakistani music collide through the genre-bending, powerful and uniquely beautiful performance of The Sachal Ensemble's Song of Lahore. Familiar and cross-cultural iconic songs by Duke Ellington, The Beatles, Dave Brubeck, Henry Mancini, and Richard Rodgers as well as traditional Pakistani folk songs express a collaborative message of peace in the face of a fractious world.  The Sachal Ensemble will be performing at the Jack Singer Concert Hall on Nov. 7 as part of the BD&P presented by Arts Commons.
