Bath Maine's - Chocolate Church Arts Center  will welcome SiriusXM award winners and 3x JUNO nominees, Sultans of String tomorrow, Friday, Aug. 4, on the main stage. This stop on the group's 10th Anniversary Celebration Tour supports its new, special edition vinyl album, "10," celebrating this milestone decade. The band is led by five-string violinist Chris McKhool, who was raised in a Lebanese-Egyptian household just bursting with music and diversity. At the core of the band's sound is his bold and fiery fiddle, melded seamlessly with founding guitarist Kevin Laliberté's rhumba rhythm. Together their musical synergy created Sultans of String's signature sound - the intimate and playful relationship between violin and guitar. The Sultan's are readying their Christmas Caravan reording to celebrate the upcoming holiday season.
