GODFALL - Aperion Symphony

A new symphonic release from composer Ben MacDougall

Aperion Symphony is the third original soundtrack release for the video game Godfall. A musical distillation of the game’s score presented in traditional symphonic form, each movement is a journey through one of the fantasy game’s four realms.

Decca Records US have released the original soundtrack to the fantasy action role-playing video game GODFALL: Fire & Darkness, developed by Counterplay Games and published by Gearbox Publishing. The game's suitably epic and expansive soundtrack was composed by LA-based composer Ben MacDougall.

GODFALL: Fire & Darkness is an expansion to the video game GODFALL.

GODFALL is a fantasy action RPG that utilizes high-impact third-person melee combat to engage players as they hunt for loot, don legendary armor sets, and defeat vicious enemies. As players face challenging missions in the world of GODFALL, enemies and bosses will reward players with head-turning loot as they are vanquished.

The Fire & Darkness expansion takes players to the obsidian peaks and azure magma rivers of the Fire Realm, where they will travel to challenge Moirax and the Flameblood Tribe.

Players can now relive their epic journeys through the Fire Realm through the transportive power of music by listening to the GODFALL: Fire & Darkness original soundtrack – out now on all digital music platforms.

Godfall (Music from the Video Game)

Milan Records today announced the release of GODFALL (MUSIC FROM THE VIDEO GAME) by composer Ben MacDougal. Available everywhere now, the album features music from the history-making Sony PlayStation 5 launch title and groundbreaking fantasy-action, roleplaying game.  Making its debut alongside today's announcement is Godfall's main theme song, "Aperion's Champion," which can be heard here.  Godfall is currently available in stores and online in tandem with the global arrival of the new PlayStation 5.

Of the soundtrack, composer BEN MACDOUGALL says, "I'm thrilled that the musical experience of Godfall is going to be available both in and outside of the game, and to be partnering with Milan Records on it is awesome. Whether it's the sweeping cinematic moments, the heart-pounding combat sequences, or the music denoting the incredible world of Aperion that draws you in, writing this score was an amazing journey."
