Mieczysaw Wajnberg - Complete String Quartets

Multi-awarded, leading Polish chamber music ensemble Silesian Quartet presents the brand new set of the complete string quartets by its compatriot Mieczyslaw Wajnberg (Weinberg). The material has been recorded between 2016-2022 and published on 7- CDs on CD Accord label. Now their original interpretation of Wajnberg’s music is available in one specially edited box which contains almost eight hours of music on seven discs and includes complete (17) string quartets, Piano quintet Op. 18 (feat. Piotr Salajczyk) Three Palms Op. 120 for soprano and string quartet (feat. Joanna Freszel) and the world premiere recording of Improvisation and Romance for string quartet.
